The first thing you need to know about me is that I love everything about Real Estate. A wise man once said, "If you do what you love, you never really go to work." I haven't worked a day in 36 years. I love buying and selling Real Estate for my portfolio and helping other people buy and sell it. I also love teaching my Realtors® how to help their clients. Real Estate is the #1 investment vehicle on the planet. On top of that, we raise our families in it, and it becomes part of us. The Real Estate road in BC is perhaps the most complicated in North America. People need a helping hand to avoid the hidden land mines. It is my life's work to ensure that our Realtors® are the best trained in the marketplace to keep our clients out of trouble and give them the best possible Real Estate services available.
