Our Story

We were incorporated in January of 1999. Due to one of the worst Real Estate markets in Okanagan history, we chose not to build the company until the markets turned. We had two sales people. We moved to a new location in January of 2000 with four sales people. Our original goal was to never build a company larger than four. By moving to our new location, that original goal was set aside. We are now close to 150 agents, have offices in multiple locations, with staff and agents across BC.

As we grew, we learned that the profits in our business would come if we forgot about them and did not spend any focus on them. The more we focused on what our customers wanted the more people wanted to deal with us. We found that we had to weed out salespeople who did not agree with and buy into our focus. This was a tough job but one that had to be done. We simply will not allow REALTORS® to work for our company who do not take care of their customers. We are raising the bar on customer service in our town. We simply will never forget the focus that got us here. We listen to our customers and we focus on their needs. As long as we maintain this focus our profits will continue to rise, our customers will keep coming back and will continue to attract the most ethical realtors in British Columbia.
